I bring over 39 years of real estate experience and have sold hundreds of homes, built more than 200 properties as a general contractor, managed a large real estate office, and trained real estate professionals in contracts and transaction management. My extensive construction experience also provides a builder's perspective when helping clients evaluate a home's construction, condition, potential and value. In addition to my real estate career, I spent over 30 years as a professional airline pilot—a profession built on preparation, sound judgment, organization, attention to detail, clear communication and making important decisions with confidence.
